Returns
Policy
Our returns policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order,
you may return grill parts for a full parts refund.
(If you have received a damaged or defective part, please do not return it.

to our form to report damaged parts).Please follow this procedure:
- Simply indicate the reason for the return.
- Tell us the action you want us to take: issue credit or exchange
for another part.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return, together
with the credit card information (card number and expiration date).
- If you want credit, we will issue credit and send you a hard copy
of the credit by U.S. mail.
- If you want to exchange the part, we will ship the new parts out via UPS
ground service.
- Please allow 14 days for return processing to be completed and the
credit or new parts to be sent out to you.
- Send the package with the above information to the following address:
