How To Choose the Correct Model Parts List for Your Broilmaster Grill

Broilmaster uses a combination of letters and numbers for their models - D3CP or G1000TX, for example.  For the popular parts such as the burner, grids, and rock grates, the important information is actual "number" of the body style - for the two examples - either "3" or "1000."    Most of the extra letters refer to cart or mounting styles. So, for the parts we sell, select the parts list using your numerical body casting size (2,3,4,5,1000, or 2000) that you find molded on the inside of the top lid of the grill. After you click through to your body style, select your correct parts by reading our parts description. Parts descriptions for your grill body size will help you choose the parts correctly.

Below are Parts List for Some Popular Individual Models

Broilmaster was an early favorites of grill buyers.  We feel the popularity and reputation of Broilmaster grills were based on two features: first, durable, cast iron bow-tie shaped burners that distributed the heat evenly and, second, heavy-duty cast iron cook grids that have a long-life and carried the heat through to the food.

The Broilmaster brand is known to consumers by two other names: Locke Stove Company, the company that made the Broilmaster grill; and by Warm Morning (a brand of gas heaters that Locke Stove also made).  Many times the grill will be referred to as a "Warm Morning Broilmaster" gas grill.

Customers treasure these durable grills like others value their vintage cars.  And they want to keep their Broilmaster cooking!  We can help you do that.

BURNERS. If you are not certain of your model, there are basically three things to know when you are ordering a Broilmaster burner:

  • Casting size.  This is grill body type of your Broilmaster grill.  Broilmaster grills are usually Grill Body 2, 3, 4, 5, 1000 or 2000.  Broilmaster also made the Grill Bodies 2 and 2000 which were two-lidded, two cooking compartment grills.  We carry burners for these as well.
  • Your burner will have either one venturi or two venturi tubes coming out of the bottom of the burner.  Know how many tubes come out of the bottom of your burner.
  • You need to know if the tubes coming out of the bottom of your burner go straight down to valves in a post OR if the tubes come down and CURVE to the front of the grill.
Given that information, you will be ready to order the correct burner for your grill. In most instances, we stock and sell the burners in both the original cast iron bow-tie style and the new stainless steel bow-tie style.

COOKING GRIDS.  Customers loved the Broilmaster Cast Iron Cooking Grids but sometimes customers feel the price of these cast iron cooking grids are more than they want to spend.  We do stock and sell the factory cook grids but also can offer you a less expensive alternative -- sets of porcelain-coated wire grids that are made for us for the Broilmaster grill series.

ROCK GRATES.  There are different sizes of rock grates for Grill Bodies 2, 3, 4, 5, 1000 or 2000.
