| We understand some of the Powerhouse 40 models were made with two cook grids and a smoker box. The dimensions of the individual grids in the original Powerhouse 40 were 14 3/4 by 11 3/4 inches each. Charbroil has discontinued the smoker box. It is no longer available. For the Powerhouse 40 we now ship a two piece set of grids - one grid is 14 3/4 by 11 3/4 and the other is 14 3/4 by 14 3/4. This two piece set replaces the two original grids AND the smoker box. This set is offered below. For Powerhouse 40 series grills, you have a choice of either a porcelain coated wire cook grid or uncoated cast iron cook grids. See below. | ||

 Briquette Plate for the Precision Flame Models. Measures 19 inches wide and 6 inches front to back. It sits under the precision flame burner and holds the briquettes. It is solid in the middle and has two rows of oval-shaped, air holes along each side. The air holes are approximately 1 3/4 inches long.
